本文分为五大部分:第一部分是绪论,主要介绍了竖炉的一些基本知识和本设计的工业背景;第二部分为铁矿竖炉焙烧控制系统系统概论,从总体上介绍了本文中涉及的控制原理、工艺流程图和系统框图,是全文的总括;第三部分为系统设备选型,主要是本系统涉及的各种设备的选择,其中还分析了各种设备的工作原理和测量原理,以及他们的选取原则;第四部分为组态设计,;第五部分为对本系统的一些策略方面的初步探索,它分为系统PLC程序的设计和系统的仿真两部分。

The design of Iron ore vertical furnace roast control system
Abstract
The topic for iron ore vertical furnace roast control system is the vertical furnace for iron ore-roasting factory part design to be basically fit for the industrial requirements.
This article is divided into five main parts : the first part is the prolegomenon mainly on the vertical stove and some basic knowledge of the industrial design background; The second part is an iron ore vertical furnace system studies roast control system, introducing this overall control principles involved, giving maps and system diagrams,which is the full text of the omnibus; Part three is about the choice of the equipments which are used in the design, which also analyzed the work of the various principles and measurement equipment principles, and their selection; Part four is divided into Zutai design. The main elements of the design include the use of software kingview ,the basic knowledge of the kingview ,and the Zutai building of vertical furnace roasting system; The last part of the design is for some of the initial exploration strategy of the systerm, which consists of two parts of the design, that is the design of the PLC procedures and the systerm simulation.
