胶囊气力输送机设计
[摘要] 随着我国制药工业的发展,新型的制药设备的物料输送问题却成了推广实行GMP规范的一大障碍。目前国内自动胶囊充填机的上料方式大多采用手工上料,工人劳动强度大,关键是手工操作增加了交叉污染的机会。由于胶囊在输送的过程中要求不能被碰破变形,且应在封闭的条件下进行输送等,目前现有的输送提升设备不能满足为自动胶囊充填机配套上料的需求。
本设计采用空气正压输送方式,特殊设计的螺旋加料器,保证胶囊均匀进入输送管道,不被挤破变形,容积式分离器可使胶囊与空气分离,使胶囊顺利进入胶囊充填机的料斗内。送料的空气经过净化过滤,卫生、安全、可靠,实现了在封闭的条件下的输送。该装置适用于自动胶囊充填机的自动上料,对促进我国制药工业的发展有着重要意义。

[Abstract ] With the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry, new material handling equipment, pharmaceutical issues to promote the implementation of GMP has e a major obstacle to regulate. At present, automatic capsule filling machine the way the material feeding mostly manual. Workers in labor-intensive , manual key is to increase opportunities for cross-contamination. As the capsule in the transportation requirements of the process of deformation can not be squeezed out broken, and should be closed, such as under the conditions of transport, to upgrade existing transmission facilities can not meet the automatic capsule filling machine for supporting the material needs.
The design uses the air pressure transmission means specially designed feed screw, and to ensure uniform access to capsule pipelines, is not being squeezed-breaking deformation, the volume will enable the capsule-type separator with the air separation, so that a smooth capsule into the capsule filling machine hopper with . After feeding the air purification filter, health , safe , reliable , achieved under the conditions of the closure of the transfer. The device is suitable for automatic Capsule Filling Machine Automatic feeding, to promote the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry is of great significance.
