浅论我国行政问责制
【摘要】行政问责制是建设法治政府、责任政府,推进政治文明建设的重要举措。行政问责制的推行和完善,对于提高政府管理水平,建立一套有效的权力运行制约机制有重要意义,现代意义上的行政问责制在我国刚刚起步,尚需进一步的完善。本文首先对行政问责制的概念进行了界定,对推行行政问责制的意义进行了透彻的分析。在此基础之上,分析了我国行政问责制的实施现状,指出其中存在的诸多问题,最后提出完善我国行政问责制的路径选择:基本原则和对策建议。

[Abstract] Administrative accountability system is to build the rule of law in government, responsible government, and promote the building of political civilization, an important measure. Administrative accountability system and perfect for raising the level of government management, the establishment of an effective mechanism to constrain the power of significance, the modern sense of the administrative accountability system in our country has just begun and we need to further improve. In this paper, first the concept of administrative accountability system defined in the implementation of administrative accountability of the significance of a thorough analysis.
