摘要
改革开放以来,我国政府改变了城市的长期封闭状态,加速城市化进程,大量的农民工流入到城市中,成为城市劳动力的主力军,这一进程带来了城乡收入水平的绝对提高,我国经济持续稳定快速发展,综合总体上达到了小康。
在收入水平普遍提高的前提下,城乡居民收入差距的问题日渐突出,已经成为制约我实现的重要因素,成为构建和谐社会的障碍。合理解决我国城乡居民收入差距问题对于我国顺利实现现代化,达到共同富裕的目标具有重要的意义。湖北省地处我国中部腹地,是实施“中部崛起”战略的重要战场,缩小湖北城乡居民收入差距,,是湖北省实现全面小康社会的目标,是构建和谐湖北的重要战略举措,,实现“中部崛起”的战略目标,无疑具有十分重要的意义。
本文在仔细研究我国有关学者研究理论的基础上,以湖北省为例,利用定量分析的方法,主要运用Excel、Eviews软件,首先对湖北省居民现状进行分析,将我省居民收入进行对比,最后得出了符合我国国情用以解决城乡居民收入差距这一问题的策略。本文的研究对于解决我省城乡居民收入差距问题,促进城乡居民的共同发展与社会的和谐稳定具有较强的理论价值和实践意义。
