Abstract
The report is finished when I Internship in pony of Qinhuangdao city. The
following major achievements has been given: programmable ASIC technology to
achieve the ultrasound digital signal processing software integration and curing.
To address the ultrasonic flaw detector in the round of railway rolling stock, the
hoop-line detection system encountered in the application of the data-processing
capacity of poor and update data show that the problem of low frequency, We will be
the original digital ultrasonic flaw detector of some signal processing circuit and
software design to achieve a programmable FPGA-based ASIC. To e the
software handling of the serial digital ultrasonic flaw detector data processing
capability to update data show that poor and the problem of low frequency, making the
circuit to adapt to the new product needs. Through the prototype and field testing and
trials to prove that the use of FPGA technology to improve digital ultrasonic flaw
detector technology performance of the feasibility and superiority.
