高铬铸铁因其优越的性能而受到越来越广泛的重视。高铬铸铁相对合金钢有优良的耐磨性,相对一般白口铸铁有高得多的韧性、强度,同时它还兼有良好的抗高温和抗腐蚀性能,加之生产便捷、成本适中,所以被誉为当代最优良的抗磨料磨损材料之一。
本文就高铬铸铁的铸造及性能进行了比较系统的研究,首先设计高铬铸铁的成分进行铸造,然后利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪,电子探针等设备对试样的组织形态、化学成分、物相组成进行了分析,最后通过硬度测试,摩擦磨损实验进行性能检测。
结果表明,高铬铸铁的组织主要由基体和碳化物组成,基体的相是主要奥氏体另外还有部分马氏体,而碳化物主要是Cr7C3。高铬铸铁的硬度及耐磨性都比较高。

Abstract
 Because of its superior performance, high chromium cast iron attracted more and more attention. High chromium cast iron has more excellent wear resistance than  alloy steel , relative to the general white cast iron has higher toughness, strength, at the same time, it also has good resistance to high temperature and corrosion resistance, and convenient production, low cost, and is regarded as the best of contemporary anti abrasion material.
In this paper, the properties of high chromium cast iron casting pares the system, first of all the design of high chrome cast ponent for casting, then by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, X ray diffraction, electron probe and other equipment on the sample tissue morphology, position, position are analyzed, finally, hardness test friction and wear experiments, performance testing.
The results show that, the structure of high chromium iron is posed of a base position of carbide, matrix phase is the main part of austenite and martensite, and the carbide is hardness of high chromium cast iron and the wear resistance is higher.
