截至2011年末我国的外汇储备已突破3万亿美元,成为世界上外汇储备最多的国家。巨额外汇储备有利于维护人民币汇率的稳定,抵御国际金融风险和增强中国经济的国际信用度,但同时也会带来一些负面影响,如会造成资源的浪费、,深入探讨造成我国外汇储备快速增长的原因以及带来的一些问题,以及有关当局应该采取的一些紧迫性措施,为有效管理我国的超额外汇储备建言献策,使我国的外汇储备真正惠及于民。
全文主要包括六个部分。第一部分是绪论,阐明选题意义;第二部分是我国外汇储备现状;第三部分是我国超额外汇储备的形成原因;第四部分是我国超额外汇储备的正负面影响;第五部分着重论述对我国管理超额外汇储备的建议;第六部分是结束语。

The cause of China's huge exchange reservation scale
Abstract
As the end of 2011China's foreign exchange reserve has exceeded three thousand billion ing the world's largest country in foreign exchange reservation .The huge foreign exchange reservation to maintain the stability of the RMB exchange rate against the international finance risk, and enhance Chinese economy in the international influence, but it will also brings some negative effects, such as would result in the waste of resources, resulting in increase of base money and inflation. Based on the analysis of China's foreign exchange reserves under the premise of the status quo, in-depth study caused by China's rapid growth of foreign exchange reserves and bring some problems, as well as the relevant authorities should take some emergency measures, for the effective management of China s excessive foreign exchange reserve to offer advice and suggestions, so that China's foreign exchange reserve real benefit people.
The whole thesis consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, elucidation of the selected topic significance; the second part is our country foreign exchange reservation status; the third part of our excess foreign exchange reserve formation reason; the fourth part of our excess foreign exchange reservation positive and negative effect; the fifth part focuses on the management of China's huge foreign exchange reserves; the sixth part is a conclusion.
