声卡是个人电脑中不可缺少的一部分,同时也是一个很好的A/D、D/A卡。Matlab是一个数据分析和处理功能非常强大的工程实用软件。将二者相结合构造了一个虚拟动态数据分析仪,可实现双通道实时波形显示、信号谱分析和传递函数分析等功能。在Matlab环境下,为了方便对采集信号的常规动态分析,利用Matlab中的图形用户接口工具箱,构造了一个类似Windows的图形操作界面。通过该图形窗口即可实现一个虚拟的动态数据分析仪。本文利用MATLAB实现了对数据的采集以及信号的分析,得到了相应的频谱图。在MTALAB的窗口以傅里叶变换为基础,进行了相关分析,并用此构建的虚拟动态数据分析仪实现了对模拟转子的动平衡的分析。
