摘要
带压不停输开孔装置设备是在不停产情况下进行开孔接点,开孔机在开孔过程中是在完全封闭的空腔内进行的,刀具切削过程与空气隔绝,无着火、爆炸的可能性。由于封闭开孔、无泄漏,有毒有害介质不能排放到大气中,因此对环境无污染。如日照港油品码头有限公司需在原有输油管道上进行对接新管线,由于公司生产不停工,输油管线无法回空,特请中石化第四建设公司,结合该实例从油品公司要求、图纸会审、设计交底、方案编制、方案交底、现场焊接监控、安全隔离、开孔器检查、风险控制、实施开孔等一系列步骤的成功实施为原油管线不停输实施了带压开孔并对接好新管线接口。本文重点介绍原油管道带压开孔技术的原理、操作方法、步骤、技术要点以及风险防范和控制和在油品输运企业中的实际应用。

Abstract
Take pressure constantly lose opening devices is not suspend production situation of open hole contact, tapping machine in the opening process are in a totally enclosed within the cavity, tool cutting process and air isolation, without the possibility of fire, explosion. Due to the closed open hole, no leakage, poisonous and harmful medium can't emissions to the atmosphere and, therefore, is free from pollution to the environment. Oil terminal in Rizhao Port Co., Ltd. required in the original oil pipeline docking new pipelines, production downtime due pany, the pipeline is unable to return empty special fourth in the petrochemical, pany, in conjunction with the examples from the panies requirements, design disclosure, project establishment, project disclosure, site welding monitoring, safety isolation, open hole opener inspection, risk control, and the implementation of open hole and a series of steps for the essful implementation of the hot crude oil pipeline to the implementation of the new pipeline hot tapping and docking good interface. This article focuses on the principles, methods of operation, steps, technical points, as well as risk prevention and control of crude oil pipeline hot tapping technology and practical application in oil transport enterprises.
