摘要目的:抽样调查吉林省中小医院普外科住院患者营养风险、营养不足和肥胖发生率及营养支持状况。方法:对吉林省相对发达地区(长春地区)、中等发达地区(松原地区)、欠发达地区(白城地区)等6家医院普外科住院患者进行连续采样,利用营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)工具对上述采集患者进行营养风险筛查和相关参数调查。结果:上述地区普外科采集患者4625例,存在营养风险743例,%;%,%;无营养风险3882例,%,%。4625例患者中营养不足226例,肥胖470例。结论:吉林省中小医院普外科患者营养风险发生率明显低于全;营养支持以肠外营养为主,应用肠内营养和肠内肠外联合应用较少,不规范营养支持占很大比例。
