基于 ERP 的生产管理系统的研究与实现

摘要

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)是现代企
业管理的一种管理方法,它与计算技术和计算机应用技术相结合,为
企业提供了一套全方位的整体经营管理控制方法。将企业各方面资源
充分优化调配,能对生产企业的各个环节实施有效管理,减少库存积
压,加快资金周转,降低运营成本,提高顾客服务水平,也为高层领
导者提供科学的决策依据。
在上海空间推进研究所的需求下,本文结合企业现状,研究和设
计了基于 ERP 管理思想的生产管理系统。系统的设计充分利用了现有
的生产管理理论和 ERP 思想。系统的实施成功具有重要的推广意义。
文章对企业现状进行了介绍和分析,确定了实施的策略。对生产
管理系统的实施进行了设计。在分析企业应用环境的基础上,最大程
度的利用现有软件的数据格式,对 BOM 的结构进行了重点说明,规范
了数据。最后根据企业的生产特点进行了包括机械加工、装配、外协
的生产流程设计,对供应链进行设计,使生产过程形成完整闭环。
论文所研究设计的生产管理系统己在投入实际运行。系统的运作
达到了预期目标,提高了企业的管理效率,为企业实现数字制造,迈
向更高的目标打下了坚实基础。

THE RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF
PRODUCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON ERP

ABSTRACT
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a management method of
modern enterprise bined puting technology
puter application technology, providing prehensive overall
management control methods. Enterprises will be the resources to fully
optimize the allocation of production enterprises to various aspects of the
implementation of effective management, reducing inventory backlog,
accelerating cash flow, lover operating costs, improve customer service
levels, as well as senior leaders providers provide scientific basis for
decision-making.
Under the background of execution the produce management system
of Shanghai Institute of Space Propulsion (SISP), the paper designed and
developed a produce management system based on ERP thinking. It fits
the request of rapid development of the enterprise very well, and its
significance of extending and enlarging the application of produce
management system is instructive.
This paper firstly describes the ERP system and its application both
