基于车间底层控制系统的优化生产管理研究
摘要
本文首先分析了电梯产品的生产类型和中国电梯制造业发展情况以及
市场竞争概况。面对中国电梯市场竞争的加剧,对于企业制造系统来说需
建立能够提供高质量、低成本、短交货期产品的运营系统。
上海三菱通过推行信息化建设来提高生产经营管理质量,从业务流程
分析中,可以看到在信息化应用深入过程中,上层管理系统与车间底层执
行系统缺乏有效信息沟通。基于制造执行系统的理念提出了车间底层控制
分系统的概念,通过车间底层控制分系统,把上层管理系统的信息向车间
执行层传递,把车间执行层的情况及时向上层管理系统反馈。
通过上层管理系统和车间执行层信息的共享,可从生产准备、生产任
务执行实时确认、设备管理、物料需求计划、车间底层生产排程等生产管
理过程进行优化,提高公司的整体运行效率。

THE RESEARCH OF PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
OPTIMIZATION BASED ON FIRST-LINE CONTROL SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
The paper first analyzes the production models of elevator products, the
current situation of China elevator industry and the overview of market
competition. In the face of petition in China elevator market, it
requires elevator manufactures to establish an operation model in order to
provide high quality, low cost and short delivery time products.
Shanghai Mitsubishi improves the quality of production management
through the development of information system. Through the analysis of
business flow chart and as the information system deeply implemented, there is
a lack of munication between top management and first-line
execution level. A first-line control sub-system is proposed based on the concept
of manufacturing execution system. The information is effectively transferred
from the top management to first-line execution level, and also the first-line
execution level can timely feedback to the top management through the first-line
control sub-system.
By sharing information between top management and first-line execution
level, production preparedness, the real-time confirmation of production task,
equipment management, the material requirements planning and the first-line
production scheduling can be optimized so that the o
