摘要:轨道交通无线通信系统是轨道交通内部固定人员与流动人员之间进行高效通信联络的
唯一手段。根据轨道交通运营管理的实际情况,无线通信系统不但要提供轨道交通运营本身所需的
列车无线调度通信和车辆段无线通信,还要满足管理所需要的调度通信,例如:日常维修的维修调
度、客运无线通信和紧急情况下防灾调度无线通信,以达到保证列车行车安全、提高运输效率和管
理水平、改善服务质量的目的。
本文首先综述了国内外城市轨道交通无线通信发展现状,对TETRA数字集群通信系统进行了介绍,
详细阐述了TETRA数字集群系统的构成及功能;最后根据北京轨道交通平谷线无线通信系统建设项目
的背景和业务需求,从系统构成、主要功能、通话方式、基站选择等方面进行了详细的系统设计,
给出了单基站大区制的选择方案。

Design of rail traffic Pinggu TETRA digital
trunking system

Abstract: The munication system for rail transition is the only efficient method of
communication between the metro internal staff-fixed and the floating to the actual
situation of the operation and the management for rail transition, the munication system
should be offered not only the train radio munications and the depot munications
of the operation,but also munication for the practice of the management in rail transition, such as
the daily maintenance and scheduling,passenger transfer munications, emergency disaster
prevention munications schedule, that should ensure the security of the train, improve the
efficiency of transport,the management and the quality of service.

In this thesis,the development actuality of the domestic and international munications which
for the urban rail transition is introduced,. Then the TETRA digital munication system is
introduced. positions and functions of TETRA digital trunking systems are also elaborated in this
thesis. Finally, according to the background and business needs for the construction project of Beijing
Pinggu Railway Line munication system, the detailed design from the system constitutes,
main function, the way munication, the number of user, the quality munication, the frequency
allocation, the choice of base stations and so on is discussed. And the single base region system option was
put forward.
