摘要:现在人民物质生活水平不断的提高,停车库的设计问题已成为新社区建设中的一项重要问题。目前停车方式以地下车库高效利用土地,增加绿化面积,有效保护环境,受到开发商和业主的普遍欢迎。外加国家人防政策的要求,现在平战结合的地下车库成为社区配套建设中最常见的组成部分。前段时间做了怀柔0024地块的地下车库兼做人防物资库,现浅议下人防地下车库设计中需要注意的问题。

Abstract: To improve the people's material life level unceasing, the design problem of parking has e an important problem in the construction of munity. The current parking to the underground garage and efficient use of land, increasing the green area, effectively protect environment, generally ed by the developers and owners. Plus the national defense policy requirements of underground garage, now a part of munity supporting the mon construction. Some time ago to do the Huairou 0024plots of the underground garage and a material library is on prevention, pay attention to the problems in the design of underground garage.

1. 工程概况
怀柔0024地块人防地下车库位于怀柔杨宋镇和平南路以南,祥瑞路以北,安平西路以东,安平路以西的地块内。可建设用地为197mX89m接近长方的地形。其中包含±。整个车库顶部覆土厚度除在汽车坡道出地面处部分区域达不到3m和除去景观微地形在车库上方覆土厚度超出3m外,其余部分覆土厚度均达到3m。覆土厚度满足室外管线和绿化要求。高层住宅为剪力墙结构。
2. 停车位设计
在地下车库里排车位,往往尽可能的多排,但事实上,进车倒车车位前均留够5m的范围才方便使用者使用。有些角落里刚好能放下一辆车,但实际上车位前方或侧面没有足够的空间方便使用者停进去。在一些特殊的地方,比如说汽车坡道下方,,这点往往被设计者忽视了。做到这点一般至少可以增加4-5个车位数。
