第二条、租赁客体
Article2. Object of the Lease 出租人出租其位于xxxx 的公寓。包括所有的附属装置、家具和电器(以下统称租赁房产)
The Landlord leases out the apartment located at xxxxx Including all fixtures, furniture and appliances (hereafter referred to as the leased property).
该租赁房产的总面积为xxx平方米。其中:卧室x 间,卫生间x,厨房x间,洗衣房间,地下室,车库;

第三条、租期
