摘要
十堰海岚数控机床有限公司在国家“十一五”规划的背景下发展壮大,作为国内最具有竞争力的大型汽车模具企业之一的湖北十堰先锋模具集团旗下的一个子公司,海岚公司是一家民营数控机床企业,其发展特点很具有代表性,研究该公司的发展战略对民营的装备制造企业具有借鉴的意义。本文从战略管理的基本理论出发,通过宏观、微观环境分析和SWOT分析法,以及对海岚公司实际情况的调研,对海岚公司的资源、能力、目标市场和竞争进行分析,找出了其发展上的问题所在,利用专业理论知识,提出了相关战略措施和战略保障性措施,对企业降低风险,强化竞争优势,获得更大经济效益将起到重要作用。
海岚公司能依托集团的资源优势,利用国家政策和当地政府的支持,在原有的数控龙门铣市场的基础上,开发中高端的数字伺服压力机市场,迎合了国家政策的调整和市场发展趋势,这是其能够发展壮大,扩大规模,谋求发展的关键;但随着其产品的延伸,压力机市场拓展力度不足;内部管理机制存在缺陷;人才引进困难和市场竞争的加剧,海岚公司应从人力资源,市场拓展,技术创新,生产质量,成本控制等方面,制定相关措施,来应对竞争越发激烈的数控机床市场。
