Principal Conference Activities
I. Formal meetings:
(1) general assembly:
characterized by the opening ceremony, e speeches, general speeches and the closing ceremony.
(2) plenary session:
keynote speeches relevant to the theme of the conference which are given by well-known experts.
(3)parallel session:
small-scale meeting, for participants to present their papers and usually a special topic is arranged
(4)poster session:
papers are posted on boards or walls in a specially separated area of the meeting place. The participants can go to read and discuss with the author.
II. Informal meeting:
free information exchange,
free paper presentation,

III. Audio and visual presentations
may be the use of slide projectors, videotapes, short film projectors, PowerPoint
