The Airmate Electrical (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd is one of small appliance manufacturing enterprises, mother factory was established in Taiwan. pany has been devoting to manufacturing delicate small home appliances for many years. After 19 years' rapid development, pany not only has achieved wonderful economic benefit, but also has created outstanding enterprise culture. On the base of analyzing its enterprise culture construction, this article wants to generalize the hardcore of Airmate's enterprise culture. It is that on the lead of its labour union, the Airmate has built a kind of enterprise culture workers-cared, public-minded and people-oriented. By analysing the construction of enterprise culture, this paper aims to give a lesson to the panies which want to create excellent enterprise culture.
Airmate's excellent enterprise culture is suitable for the enterprise itself and continually improving and has a positive effect on enterprise's development. It can condense the hearts and keep the excellent employees. It can shape a good enterprise image. It can enhance the petitiveness of the enterprise. It’s also the solid spiritual basis on which Airmate "do the century enterprise". There are some useful lessons from analyzing its enterprise culture construction. Firstly, at the same time of developing the productivity, enterprise should consciously construct the enterprise culture suitable for the internal requirement. Secondly, on the process of enterprise culture construction, enterprise should pay more attention to exert the function of labor union. Thirdly, panies, people are always fundamental, so, enterprise culture should be people-oriented. Fourthly, enterprises want to survive for a long time from changing environment and reformation of social system, they should shape powerful enterprise culture and take the culture as the core of its production and operation so as to cultivate the petitiveness of the enterprise.
