摘要目的:观察中药陈夏六君子汤加味配合艾灸足三里(双)、神阙、下脘、中脘、上脘穴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将126例患者随机分为治疗组66例和对照组60例。治疗组采用陈夏六君子汤为主方辨证加味、配合艾条温和灸足三里(双)、神阙、下脘、中脘、上脘穴治疗,对照组采用多潘立酮、铝碳酸镁治疗,2组治疗4周为1个疗程,2个疗程结束时统计疗效。结果:%,%,治疗组明显优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:采用陈夏六君子汤加味配合艾灸足三里(双)、神阙、下脘、中脘、上脘穴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效较好。
