摘要
近年来,宁波服务业特别是生产性服务业,随着整体经济快速发展取得了很大的进步,初步形成了以港口服务、物流业、会展业等为支柱产业的生产性服务业体系。
但是,促进宁波生产性服务业还需要解决许多问题,主要是表现在:宁波生产性服务业内部结构不合理,生产性服务业和制造业产业关联性低,服务业市场化程度不高,行业规模较小。针对以上问题,宁波要发展生产性服务业就要降低准入门槛,合理规制,加快与国际惯例接轨,培养高端专业人才,优化生产性服务业内部结构,引进先进服务技术。
本文首先对生产性服务业的相关理论进行具体阐述,然后,在对宁波生产性服务业现状进行优劣势分析的基础上,针对宁波生产性服务业发展存在的问题,提出宁波生产性服务业进一步发展的对策。

Abstract
In recent years, Ningbo’s service industries, particularly producer services, have made great progress with rapid economic development. Ningbo has formed Port services, Logistics, Exhibition industry initially, as the pillar industries of Productive service system.
However, Ningbo’s Producer service industries have many problems in economic development. Ningbo’s Producer service industrial structure is unreasonable. Producer service and manufacturing industry’s relevance is low. The service's marketization is not high. The Service industry is being in a small scale. In view of the above question, we should reduce admittance threshold, establish standard regulation, train high-end professional, optimize Producer service industrial structure, import advanced service technology.
This article introduces related theories of producer services firstly. Then, on the basis of SWOT analysis for the status and the problem of producer services in Ningbo, suggest some opinions to develop Ningbo’s Producer service.
