中国各省市数字农业发展现状、问题与建议

摘要:信息化是当今时代农业发展的主要方向和目标,而数字农业则是实现农业信息化的支撑技术,也
是现阶段解决”三农”问题的一个重要手段。中国从“十五”开始启动国家“863 计划数字农业技术研究
与示范”重大专项。经过近十年的发展,全国各省市都取得了不同程度的成绩。笔者通过对各省市的数
字农业发展现状进行概述,揭示了现阶段数字农业发展存在的问题,并为今后的发展提出几点建议。

agriculture is the key technique to realize the agro-informationization and an important means to solve the pres⁃
ent problems of "agriculture, farmer and rural area". China has established a national major project of "863
project in digital agricultural research and practice" since 2000. After almost ten years' development, each
province or city has made some progress. In this paper, the development of digital agriculture in different prov⁃
inces or cities of China is discussed. Besides, some problems were pointed out and their corresponding solu⁃
tions were proposed.
