摘要
大学生是一个比较特殊的群体,在校期间除了知识的学习外,能力的培养是很重要的,而能力包括人际交往、学习、自理、创新等等,其中人际交往的能力尤为重要。人是各种社会关系的总和,我们每个人都不是独立存在的,我们周围必定存在着各种各样的关系。本研究通过人际交往现状问卷调查,了解在校大学生的人际交往现状,探讨大学生人际交往中出现的问题,明确大学生人际交往的特殊性,再通过大学生完美主义问卷了解大学生完美主义的普遍程度,明确完美主义与人际关系的本质含义,分析完美主义的影响因素,从价值观与家庭、学校环境着手了解它们对人际关系建立的影响,进一步的探讨完美主义对人际关系的影响,引导大学生适度追求完美,在大学校园里建立良好人际关系,形成一种良好的校园环境,使大学生能够在良好的大学校园中成长,同时,使大学生在步入社会时,能够如鱼得水,更好地适应社会这个大环境。

Abstract
For college students in addition to the knowledge learning outside, the most fundamental and most important ability, and interpersomunication ability including, learning, and provide for oneself, innovation and so on, including interpersonal skills are particularly important. Man is the sum total of the various kinds of social relations, each of us not exist, we exist around the various relations. This study through the interpersonal status questionnaire survey, the understanding of college students present situation of interpersomunication, discusses the university student interpersonal problems, clear the particularity of interpersomunication among college students, and then through the college students' perfect socialist questionnaire about college students' perfect socialist universal degree, clear perfection and interpersonal relationship in essence meaning, analyzes the influencing factors of perfectionism, from family, school environment values and to understand them to the influence of the establishment of interpersonal relationship, a further discussion of perfect on interpersonal relationship of influence, and guide students to moderate in pursuit of perf
