摘要:随着油气资源的不断开发,钻井面向更深的地层,超深井钻机的应用成为必然。作为钻机起升设备的重要组成部分——井架和底座,在钻井作业中起着重要的作用。与普通钻机不同的是超深井钻机的工作环境更为恶劣,名义钻井深度和设备重量等显著增加,井架和底座承受的静载荷和动载荷更大。井架和底座的强度和安全性是钻进得以正常进行的保障,所以对超深井钻机井架底座的静态特性研究是十分必要的。
本文以ZJ120/9000DB超深井钻机井架底座为研究对象,根据其结构特点应用pro/e软件完成DZ900/12-X底座力学模型的建立。
在选单元方面,考虑到12000m对于分析准确性有更高的要求,本文以solid45建立超大规模的单元模型,而不是传统的以梁作为单元建立模型,建立单元另外本文依据最新API Spec 4F《钻井和修井结构规范》中载荷设计的原则,进行静态特性分析,详细分析得到的结构应力分布和变形情况。最后根据静态特性分析结果对底座结构安全等级进行综合评价。

Abstract: With continuous oil and gas resources exploitation, drilling deeper formation, the use for ultra-deep drilling rigs is ing necessity,As the ponent of rig hoisting equipments ——derrick and substructure, which play a important role in drilling operation .Different from ordinary rig ,ultra-deep drilling rig working environment is even worse ,nominal drilling depth and equipment ,a significant in crease in weight ,derrick and substructure to with stand the static load and dynamic load greater. The strength and security for derrick and substructure is the protection of drilling to be normal, therefore, study on static and dynamic characteristics of ultra-deep drilling rig derrick and substructure is necessary.
In this paper,ZJ120 /9000DB ultra-deep drilling rig derrick substructure for the research object, according to its structural features ,application ANSYS finite element analysis software plete mechanical model derrick substructure-building .
Based on the latest API Spec 4F"Specification for Drilling and Well Servicing Structures "in the payload design principles, focusing on selected conditions 1a,pletion of drilling rigs and static characteristics of substructure of the overall analysis ,obtained the structure of the stress distribution and deformation ,and gives the safety factor .Finally ,according to analysis of static characteristics,evaluate the structural safety level o
