摘要
抗生素是由微生物或高等动植物在生活过程中所产生的具有抗病原体或其它活性的一类次级代谢产物。在我国,抗生素使用量大,被广泛应用于人类、家畜及水产养殖中各种疾病的防治。由于我国对抗生素药品监管力度不足和消费者盲目使用,使我,药物滥用十分严重。大量排入水体的抗生素,又造成细菌耐药性的增强和环境雌性化,这种现象引起国际环境科学界的广泛关注。针对这一点,结合洛阳地区的地表水环境,选取多西环素和红霉素作为检测重点,监测洛阳水域的抗生素的时空分布,建立抗生素检测的KPI指数。对于抗生素的检测,本课题采用超效液相色谱与质谱联用技术(UPLC/MS)。监测结果表明,洛阳地区水环境中的典型抗生素类药物含量为:~,~;伊川鸣皋镇,栾川汤营镇两地的抗生素类药物的含量明显高于其他地区,而洛龙区的两个采样点的水样中抗生素类药物的整体含量较低,显示出了洛阳水环境中抗生素类药物存在局部性污染。

Concentration and distribution of selected antibiotics in aquatic environment of Luoyang city
ABSTRACT

Antibiotics are produced by anisms or higher plants and animals in their life process, which are resistant to pathogens or other activity. In China, the use of antibiotics is large, which is widely used in the prevention and treatment of various diseases in humans, livestock and aquaculture. As our country is lack of supervision about antibiotic drugs, consumers are blind use of antibiotic drugs, China's per capita amount of antibiotics is significantly higher than the world average, drug abuse is very serious. The large number of antibiotics in the water results in the enhancement of bacterial resistance and environmental feminization. This phenomenon is caused by the widespread concern of the international environment for the munity. In China, due to the study of the antibiotic is mostly limited to the improvement of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process, the study for the environmental hazards of antibiotics is obviously insufficient. In this paper, detect doxycycline and erythromycin in the water environment in the Luoyang area, make the spatial and temporal distribution of of Luoyang waters of antibiotics, and establish antibiotics detection KPI Index.
