摘要
本毕业设计是某某市某某物流仓库项目施工图预算文件编制,本设计包括三
个部分。第一部分是工程概况,仓库工程位于某某省某某市经济开发区新港园区
内,总建筑面积 12345m2,仓库的建筑面积 1234m2,钢筋混凝土排架单层厂房,
高。厂房的基础为预应力混凝土空心管桩基础,屋面为钢结构屋面。第
二部分是设计成果,按照施工图预算书编制的程序,遵循工程量计算规则, 以
2004 年《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价表》为依据,同时应用未来软件完成本工
程的施工图预算的编制。本设计取费标准依据苏建定[2011]812 号文件,采用《江
苏省建筑工程消耗量》计价,取费根据取费文件取全部费用。第三部分分析与探
讨,探讨钢筋工程对工程造价有何影响,分析在计算钢筋工程量时应注意和掌握
哪些方面。

ABSTRACT
This graduation design is Jingjiang Su Nong logistics warehouse project
construction drawing budget. This design includes three parts, the first part is the
