本次的毕业设计课题是钻床夹具体机械加工工艺规程及其夹具设计。本次设计内容涉及了机械制造工艺及机床夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与测量等多方面的知识,本论文是结合目前实际生产中,通用夹具不能满足生产要求,用通用夹具装夹工件效率低、劳动强度大、加工质量不高,而且往往需要增加划线工序,而专门设计的夹具。
本论文分二部分进行了论述。第一部分,对零件的材料,结构,性能进行了分析,计算了各工序加工余量和加工工时,分析了加工工艺的经济性,并应用CAXA、UG等软件对零件及夹具进行绘制,编写了加工工艺卡片及工序卡片。第二部分对专用夹具进行了设计及论述,论述了夹具设计的基本要求,选择了定位基准,对切削力和夹紧力进行了计算。本文设计的夹具是钻床夹具体上表面的铣夹具和钻零件上表面M16的孔、攻丝的夹具。其夹紧机构前者采用压板夹紧,后者采用V型块夹紧。

Abstract
The graduation design topic is specific machining process planning and drill press clamp fixture design. In this paper bined with the actual production, general fixture can't meet the production requirements, by general fixture clamping workpiece, low efficiency, big labor intensity, the processing quality is not high, and often need to increase the marking process, specially designed fixture.
This thesis is divided into two parts are discussed. For parts of the first part, material, structure and performance are analyzed, and calculated the machining allowance and working hours in each process, analyzes the processing technology of the economy, and the application of CAXA, UG software to draw of part and fixture, write the process card and process card. The second part and designing special fixture, this paper discusses the basic requirements of fixture design, chose the locating datum, the cutting force and clamping force was calculated. In this paper, design of fixture is a drill press clamp on the concrete surface milling fixture and parts on the surface of the M16 holes, tapping the jig. Its clamping mechanism of the former USES pressed pact, which USES V block clamping.
