摘要:该办公楼楼位于青岛市,共4层, ,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。在本建筑设计中,充分利用框架结构的优点,框架柱嵌固于基础顶面,框架梁与柱刚接,使建筑具有良好的刚度以及整体性。, 楼内设一间200人会议室,一间40人会议室,40间普通办公室,一套间总经理办公室,图书馆,门卫兼收发室,财务办公室为一大间套一普通间,卫生间按设计定额确定。结构设计部分包括结构选型、结构布置、结构计算、以及结构的验算。施工设计部分包括施工条件,施工进度,施工过程以及施工图的绘制等,综合运用PKPM、天正等软件对计算数据进行了验算和调整。

Abstract: Be an office building's turn to be located in Qing Dao City , 4 tiers in total, general built-up area is m2 , adopt armoured concrete framed structure system. The frame is architectural in fully utilizing among architectural design, merit, frame post embeds solider than the basis is the softest and flouriest, the frame beam and post rigid connection, make a building have fine stiffness and globality. Each layer upon layer high ms, set up one 200 people council chamber within the building, one 40 people council chamber , average 40 office , one apartment general manager office , library , entrance guard are office for ing and outgoing mail concurrently, financial affairs office is to thin out the once average room of cover once greatly , the toilet ascertains that according to design quota. The physical design part chooses the type , structure arrangement , structure calculation, and architectural checking calculation including structure. The construction design part includes construction condition , the rate of progress being under construction , construction process and the working drawing drawing wait , applies PKPM , the day to be waiting for a software to have carried out checking calculation and adjustment on the data secretly scheming against synthetically.
