上海市普通高校乒乓球课程改革研究

摘要

本文通过对上海市部分普通高校乒乓球课程开设现状进行调查,系统地分析
了在普通高校体育教学中乒乓球课程开设的目标、开设时间、课程的教学时数、
教学内容、教材的选择、教学形式、教学评价等方面的内容,调查结果表明:
1、目前上海市普通高校乒乓球课程中存在着教育理念和思维无法突破固有模式、
教学内容缺乏科学性、合理性,教学模式单一,方法手段单调,教学评价主体单
一等问题。
2、调查从学生对乒乓球的认识、态度,对教学的满意度及要求和建议,乒乓球
课的课时、教学内容、教学方法和手段的情况,以及师资等方面对上海市普通高
校乒乓球课程进行了调查和分析,并从教师的教学方法、技术水平、教学态度三
个方面调查了学生对教师的客观评价,调查结果显示教师的业务素质得到了大多
数学生的肯定。
3、乒乓球课程完全符合我国高等院校大学生的心理状态,适合青年心理发展特
征。
建议构建一套适应普通高校教育目标的乒乓球课程体系。通过从课程设置的
指导思想、课程设置的原则、课程设置的层面三个方面,对构建适应普通高校教
育目标的乒乓球课程体系从理论上、实践上进行了具体的论证,希望为上海市普
通高校乒乓球课程的发展和改革提出一定理论依据和框架,为上海市普通高校乒
乓球课程改革提供参考。

A RESEARCH ON REFORM OF PING PONG
CURRICULUM IN SHANGHAI ORDINARY COLLEGES

ABSTRACT

Through the investigation on the current settings of Ping pong
curriculum in several Shanghai ordinary colleges, systematically analyze
the curriculum objectives, time, teaching periods, teaching content,
teaching modality, teaching evaluation, etc. of Ping pong in physical
education in ordinary colleges, and the results go as follows:
1. At present, there exist some problems in Shanghai ordinary
colleges: the teaching philosophy and the thought can not break through
the long existing mode; the teaching content is of less scientificalness
and rationality; the teaching mode is of singleness; the teaching means is
humdrum and the teaching evaluation subject is humdrum; etc.
2. The investigation goes in terms of students' perception and
attitude towards Ping pong, their satisfaction, requirement and suggestion
of teaching, the teaching periods, content, means and methods of Ping
pong as well as teachers. The further investigations are on teacher's
teaching methods, skill level and teaching attitude. The result reveals that
most of the students are satisfied with teacher's quality.
3. Ping pong curriculum accords totally with ordinary college
