摘要:飞速发展的今天,电子商务代表着一种新的趋势发展起来。它提供了网上交易平台,方便了企业与客户之间的交流,提高了工作效率。
本系统是一个电子商务系统,技术、Dreamweaver MX和SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统作为工具进行开发。整个系统从操作简单性,界面友好性,功能实用性出发,为房产信息发布、管理提供了一个广阔而廉价的平台,为客户提供了便捷而全面的房屋出租信息,使客户可以快速、方便地找到条件、地点、价格合适的房源。此设计开发主要包括个人信息管理、信息发布、房源查询、房源管理、信息交流、用户管理等功能,基本满足房源租赁工作的需要。
本设计说明书主要介绍了本课题的研究背景、国内外研究现状、开发过程和完成的功能,重点说明了本课题的设计思想、各个模块的详细设计过程。

Design and Implementation of
an Online House Renting Management System
Abstract: With the rapid development of , merce, as a new trend, has flourished. It provides an online trading platform for facilitating exchanges between enterprises and their customers, and improves the working efficiency.
The system sets up an merce platform, using technologies of , Dreamweaver MX and SQL Server 2000 database management system. Taking into consideration of simple operation, friendly interface and practical function, the whole system has been designed to provide a broad and cheap platform for real estate information dissemination and management, and to offer convenient prehensive rental housing information for customers. By this platform, customers can quickly and conveniently find suitable houses with proper conditions, location and price. The functions, mainly including personal information management, information dissemination, housing enquiry, housing management, information conversation, can basically meet the needs of house renting.
This paper introduces the background of the development, the process of design and the functions demanded. What’s more, the paper mainly explains the design concepts and the detailed design process of every part.
