发电、供电系统、及其管理部门,需要掌握电网的电力情况,以保证整个电网的正常运行。这就需要在各个主要位置安装电压监测系统,不仅要实时监测,多个回路同时监测,还要对电压变化进行实时记录,从而总结规律,找出应对措施。电压监测记录仪,就是为此功能而设计的。它不仅能实时测量显示当前的电压,还能将电压变化情况记录下来,并能记录电压的最高与最低时刻,以及记录何时发生断电,以及断电时间等。并可通过串行总线上传给上位机,进行分析统计。
本文介绍了采用AT89C52RC单片机为核心,经过互感器将交流高压转换成低压,并通过RMS转换器将交流转换为直流,经过信号放大后,由模数转换器(AD)转换后,将信息采集传给主控模块。采用模数转换控制技术对电压进行监控并记录。通过预先设定的电压范围进行比较,若超出预设范围,则报警并记录。
本论文着重介绍该系统的硬件设计方案,包括主控模块、检测模块、显示模块、存储模块、时钟模块、电源模块;软件设计包括超限报警子程序、液晶显示子程序、信号处理子程序、键盘扫描及按键处理子程序、主程序设计。

Abstract
Power, power supply system, and their management department, need to master the power information from the grid, to guarantee the normal operation of the power grid. This need to be in all the main position installation voltage monitoring system, not only to real-time monitoring, multiple loop monitoring, but also to record the voltage changes in time, thus summing rules, finds out the countermeasures. Voltage monitoring data recorder, is designed for it. It can not only measures and show the current voltage in real time, but also be able to record the changes voltage, and to record the voltage of the lowest and highest moments, and keeping track of when happen power outage, and the date of the power outage. And through the serial bus upload to puter, to make statistical analysis.
This article introduces the microcontroller AT89C52RC as the core, through the transformer will exchange high AC voltage switch into low AC voltage, and with the RMS converter will exchange AC to DC, after amplification, with the A/D converter, move the information acquisition to master control module. The voltage detectors take the A/D conversion technology to monitor and record the power. Through the predefined voltage parison, if exceed the scope, it will alarm and record.
