【设计总说明】
目前,海水内含微生物的数量及种类检测的主要手段是利用采样船采集水样,然后将水样在实验室中由专门的检测人员处理,利用各种相互独立的检测仪器检测水样中的微生物成分。这样的检测手段劳动强度大、耗时长、效率低,达不到对海洋环境微生物实时快速分析、监测与预报的要求。因此,研制一种海洋微生物的原位采样与分析装置已成为提高海洋环境预报能力的迫切需求。通常需要在海上,收集样本归还给实验室设备齐全个人分析。减少时间和成本,环境样品处理器(ESP)原位采样与分析装置是构建海洋环境微生物快速预警与监测网络的核心装备。
本次机械手的设计本设计说明书主要对于夹持器,伸缩臂,步进电机控制系统的设计思想和设计过程。内容主要包括:夹持器与伸缩臂总体方案的确定,采用了电动驱动系统,电气方面有交流步进电机、变频器等电子器件组成,相应的涉及到电机的选择计算,总体结构设计、主要部件的受力分析和强度校核。该装置涵盖了机械和电气方面的知识,是机电一体化的典型代表仪器之一。

Therefore, to develop a kind of marine anisms in situ sampling and analyzing device has e to improve marine environmental forecasting ability is the urgent demand. Usually required in the sea, collection of samples returned to the laboratory equipment personal analysis. Reduce the time and cost, environment sample processor ( ESP ) in situ sampling and analyzing device is the construction of the marine environment of rapid microbial early warning andmonitoring of work equipment.
