摘要:从系统论的视角出发,认为网球发球并不仅仅是一个技术动作,还应该是一个完整的体系,并阐明网球的发球体系由技术层、战术层、心理层和体能层四个方面组成。旨在更新网球发球思想观念,加深对网球发球内涵的认识,并建立网球发球理论体系,以期为指导网球发球的运动训练实践服务。

Tennis theory system
Abstract: From the perspective of system theory, that the tennis ball is not just a technical move, it should be plete system, and to clarify the tennis serve system consists of technical, tactical, psychological and physical posed of four layers . Ideas to update the tennis serve, tennis serve to deepen understanding of content and build tennis ball theoretical system in order to guide the practice of tennis ball sports training services.

引言
随着网球竞技水平的不断提高,其竞争也愈加激烈,对动作技术要求更高、更细。男子的发球速度已超过200km/h,在比赛中常常出现发球直接得分的情况,形成了能破对方发球局即有取胜的可能;接发球技属中起动速度是管键。针对这个现状,本文将通过对接发球技术动作的生物力学分析,找出影响接发球起动速度的因素,使接发球运动员能最大限度地发挥自身能力,最大限度地利用可利用的时间,以减少大力发球所导致的发球直接得分的概率。
