摘要
补贴行为的出现最早可追溯到重商主义时期,反补贴工作在第二次世界大战之后才
得到重视,而国际上把补贴与反补贴真正纳入到法律规范调整的范围则是在 1947 年的
《关税与贸易总协定》中。所以,在对补贴与反补贴措施法制演变的分析前需要先了解
补贴与反补贴的起源。补贴与反补贴
