摘要
近年来我国中小企业发展迅速,并在增加就业、促进科技进步、社会分工、扩大出口以及维持社会经济稳定发展等方面,发挥着不可忽视的作用,业已成为国民经济发展的重要支柱。然而,中小企业在其发展中陷入了融资困境,融资难已成为制约中小企业发展的的重要因素,严重阻碍其长足发展。因此,分析我国中小企业融资困境的现状及成因并探讨其解决方法便具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。本文旨在对我国中小企业的融资困难进行探讨和提出对策,采用了比较和调查研究的方法,分析了中小企业的现状、原因,并通过国内外先进经验与理论的比较分析,总结归纳出适合我国国情的中小企业融资途径与对策。通过这些建议解决我国中小企业融资困境,提升我国中小企业竞争力,为我国经济发展做出贡献。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, medium-sized and small enterprise develops rapidly and plays an essential role in increasing employment, promoting scientific and technological progress, the social division of labor, to expand exports and to maintain the development of social and economic stability,which has e an important pillar of national economic development. However, SMEs in their development face with financing difficulties, which has e an important factor to restrict the development of SMEs, a serious impediment to its rapid development. Therefore, the analysis of SME financing difficulties of the current situation and the causes and investigate its solution will be a very important theoretical and practical significance
The paper aims to discuss the financing difficulties of medium-sized and small enterprises in China and to propose a solution using the method parison and research, the status quo and does medium-sized and small enterprise and parison of the three main aspects of research. Theoretical reviews of this topic provide a reference for further improving the bottleneck of SMEs financing. These proposals to resolve to enhance petitiveness of medium-sized and small enterprises in China can make contribute to China's economic development.
