一、设计任务书
设计一用于卷扬机卷筒的传动装置。
原始条件和数据:
卷扬机提升的最大重量为Q=10000N,提升的线速度为v=,卷筒的直径D=250mm,钢丝绳直径D=11mm,卷筒长度L=400mm。卷扬机单班制室内工作,经常正反转、起动和制动,使用期限10年,大修期3年。该机动力来源为三相交流电,在中等规模机械厂小批生产,提升速度容许误差为。
二、前言
由题目知该传动装置载荷平稳,为单班制连续运转,所以选择结构相对比较简单的展开式两级圆柱齿轮减速器,且输入轴和输出轴在两边。
