森波拉温泉度假村旧客房建筑改造

摘要:通过对广东清远佛冈森波拉温泉度假村的调查,发现度假村内一些早年的客房建筑,其新旧程度、内部功能分区、以及建筑风格上都和整个度假村的特色格格不入。通过具体调查,根据森波拉温泉度假村的功能特色,对这些旧建筑进行二次改造。通过对新旧元素的重组与兼容的方法的探索,如能找到正确、合理的度假村旧客房建筑改造的方法,有助于我国度假村成本的节约、整体风格的统一以及自身品牌的提升,为消费者营造出一个更为舒适、惬意的休闲娱乐场所,也直接为度假村增加了经济效益。

Abstract: Based on the current domestic and international markets health tea packaging design packaging structure, materials and related processes all aspects of the investigation, research, and proposed to the existing technology and market-based, innovation and reform, tailored for the enterprise meet their needs, in line with its cultural connotation, the new packaging design point of view, and from the Medicine King Valley health tea packaging design to study the visual performance, targeted consumer groups, to develop appropriate strategies of visual performance, in order to obtain the product high percentage of market share, sales and promotion of enterprise development, so as to enhance petitiveness of products, bing the content of corporate brand and establish a good corporate brand image, attract more consumer groups, to promote the production and consumption purposes.
