摘要
长期以来,中国的中小企业“融资难”问题得不到解决,就林业企业而言,林业投资周期长,投资数额大,收益相对较低,使融资难的问题更加突出。林业的发展肩负着经济发展和生态环境平衡的双重任务,是国民经济可持续发展的重要组成部分,因此近年来越来越多的人选择林业企业作为长期投资。本文以广西晨兴林业发展有限公司为例,就企业的融资问题做出研究。通过对广西晨兴林业发展有限公司的融资方式和融资风险等现状的了解,找出公司在融资上存在的问题,并且进行原因分析,进而提出拓宽融资渠道和优化资本结构;建立融资风险控制体系;提高管理人员的专业素质;改善融资的外部环境这四个解决公司融资问题的对策。

Abstract
For a long time,China's SME "financing difficult" problems are not resolved, for forestry enterprises, forestry investment cycle length, amount of investment, earnings are relatively low, so that financing difficulties e more prominent. Forestry development is shouldering the economic development and the development of the dual task of balancing the ecological environment, that is an important ponent of sustainable development, So in recent years more and more people choose to forestry enterprises as a long-term investment. In this paper, Guangxi Forestry Development Co., Ltd. pany as an example to study the financing problem. Study of the Guangxi Forestry pany’s Limited financing and financing risks to understand pany’s identify problems in financing, analyzes the reasons, and then give four measures to solve the problems as to broaden the financing channels and optimize the capital structure; establishment of financial risk control system; improve the management of professional quality; improve the financing of the external environment .
