摘要
投标估价就是从项目的可行性研究、设计到承包商的投标报价为止,对建筑物成本所做的测算。本文主要是研究建筑工程投标估价方法,分别对定额计价模式、工程量清单计价模式进行了研究, 详细介绍两种计价模式的基本概念、编制步骤、编制方法和依据,特点及优缺点等,再从两种计价模式的市场发展、存在的问题、在招投标中的运用,以及市场经济下的两种计价模式进行对比分析,最后阐述了定额计价方法与工程清单计价方法的联系和区别,并分析了我国建筑工程投标估价体系的不足,并从两种计价方法在实际中的应用情况来谈其发展前景及定额计价向清单计价的转变,其中工程量清单计价模式是本论文重点分析的内容。

Abstract
Bid evaluation is the calculating of the building cost from the project's feasibility study , designing up to the contractor's bidding offer . This article is mainly to discuss the methods to bid evaluation architectural engineering , for the research and summary on fixed pricing model and engineering quantity list valuation mode respectively . Then detailing the basic concept , prepare the steps, method and foundation ,characteristics , the advantages and disadvantages of two valuation patterns . And then pare with two kinds of valuation model from market development , the remaining problems ,apply to bid evaluation ,two kinds of pricing mode under the market economy and so on . Finally , article elaborates norm valuation method and engineering list valuation method contact and differences , analyzing the ings of bidding appraisal system in our country construction project , talking about the prospects for its development and fixed pricing model change into engineering quantity list valuation mode, In those , engineering quantity list valuation mode is focused analysis of this article .
