[摘要]
由于中国企业文化在跨国并购的弱势地位,被并购企业对中国企业文化的抵制,中国的并购企业就需要在文化整合上下大力气,要对跨国并购过程中所面临的多元文化进行分析,选择适当的文化整合策略,保证跨国并购的成功完成,实现预期的商业价值。并购企业对彼此之间的国家文化和企业文化有所了解并形成正确的认识,对于双方建立相互理解和信任,推动新企业的文化整合十分重要。中国企业跨国并购的脚步才刚刚迈出,中国企业要更好地走出去,还缺乏一批方法论的研究成果和可操作的建议,所以遭遇各种挫折是在所难免,这就需要政府在转变职能的同时,组织企业界和学术界关注跨文化管理问题的研究, 总结和借鉴中外跨国公司的经验,形成一套指导中国企业并购海外企业的可操作的研究成果。
