加快推进上海国际中心建设的几点建议

内容提要
中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,保持着高速的经济增长,迫切需要一个以中国实体经济为支撑的国际金融中心。20世纪90年代初期,中国政府正式提出建设上海国际金融中心的战略构想。在将近二十年的发展过程中,上海已经建设成为中国的金融中心,但是与建设成为国际金融中心建设的目标仍有一定差距。本文根据上海发改委正式印发的《“十二五”时期上海国际金融中心建设规划》,分析上海建设成为国际金融中心的制约因素,进一步提出加快上海建设成为国际金融中心的几点建议。

Abstract
As the world's largest developing country, China has maintained rapid economic growth, an urgent need for a Chinese real economy supported by an international financial center. The early 1990s, the Chinese government put forward the strategic vision for the construction of Shanghai international financial the development process in nearly two decades, Shanghai has developed into a financial center of China, but with the construction of an international financial center, there is still a certain gap. According to the Shanghai Development and mission officially issued the "12th Five-Year" period of construction of Shanghai international financial center planning, analysis of Shanghai into an international financial center constraints, further to speed up the construction of Shanghai international financial center several suggestions.
