文档介绍:高速多信道通信链路系统中的串扰分析与研究*
摘要:随着信号速度的不断增快,串扰问题成为高速多信道通信链路系统设计、分析中不容忽视的严峻问题。为研究总线结构中多信道串扰的影响, 分析了通信链路系统中串扰产生的机理,采用信号完整性分析软件Hyperlynx,构建了三线信道模型和总线电路模型。仿真验证结果表明,增加信道间距、减小信道介质层厚度、进行端接匹配可以明显减小信道间串扰,而在多信道通信链路系统中,随着相邻多信道间距的增大耦合噪声将会迅速下降。

Analysis and Research of Crosstalk in High-Speed Multi-munication Link System
Abstract:As the signal velocity increasing fast, crosstalk problems e a serious problem that can't be ignored in the design and analysis of the high-speed of multi-munication link system. In order to study the impacts of multi-channel crosstalk in the bus structure, the article analyzed the mechanism of crosstalk in munication link system and established a three line model and bus circuit mode based on the dissection of Hyperlynx. The simulation results show that it can reduce the inter-channel crosstalk by increasing channel spacing, reducing the thickness of the dielectric layer of the channel and conducting termination match. Meanwhile, with the increase of the distance between the adjacent multi-channels in the multi-munication link system, the coupling noise will rapidly decline.
