摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,对食品质量和安全的要求越来越高,相应的对食品检验和分析的要求也越来越高。本文利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定白酒中锰的回收率,进而判断出电感耦合等离子体质谱法是否适合测定白酒中的锰。
本试验是判断电感耦合等离子体质谱法是否适合测定白酒中的锰。本试验测定的7种白酒分别为:牛栏山二锅头(清香型,酒精度:50%)。富裕老窖(浓香型,酒精度:40%)。西凤酒(凤香型,酒精度:45%)。古井贡(浓香型,酒精度:50%)。龙滨王(兼香型,酒精度:48%)。郎酒(兼香型,酒精度:52%)。泸州福(浓香型,酒精度:52%)。在它们分别加入标量1mg/kg;2mg/kg;4mg/kg时,%-%的范围内,说明电感耦合等离子体质谱法对测定白酒中的锰有很好的效果.

Xifeng Liquor (Feng flavor, alcohol content: 45%).Gujing Gong (flavor type, alcohol content: 50%). Wang Lung-bin (and flavor, alcohol content: 48%).郎酒(and flavor, alcohol content: 52%). Fuk Luzhou (Luzhou-flavor, alcohol content: 52%). They are joined in the scalar 1mg/kg; 2mg/kg; 4mg/kg, the determination of the recovery rate of % -% in the framework of that inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of manganese in the liquor have a good effect。
