摘要
随着世界经济的发展,能源过度消耗与环境保护之间的问题日益严峻,循环流化床(简称CFB)锅炉技术作为一种高效低污染洁净燃烧技术,得到了迅猛发展。但CFB锅炉炉底排渣量大,并带有大量的物理显热,如何高效回收利用这部分余热,对提高CFB锅炉效率,实现节能减排有着重大意义。论文以唐山开滦东方发电有限责任公司490t/h CFB锅炉为研究对象,在CFB锅炉结构特点及煤种特性分析的基础上,研究了现有滚筒冷渣器的运行状况,提出了将冷渣器原有冷却水源闭式工业水改造成凝结水,凝结水吸收完热量后再通过水泵进入低压加热器进行循环,实现对底渣显热的回收利用的工艺改造方案,并对改造方案进行了热经济性指标计算。结果表明:改造方案虽然使汽机绝对内效率有所下降,但提高了锅炉效率,%。其研究结果可为CFB锅炉的运行和设计提供借鉴和参考。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the global economy, the contradiction between excessive consumption of energy and environmental conservation is ing increasingly serious. As a greatly efficient, environment-friendly and clean-burning technology, circulating fluidized bed (CFB for short)has been developing rapidly. But CFB boiler has nuch slag, which at the same time takes away a lot of physical sensible heat. How to recover this part of the wasted thermal energy efficiently is of great significance to the improvement of the economy of the boiler and realizing the conservation of energy and the reduction of emission. Thesis makes the Kailuan Tangshan Co. Ltd. Orient Power 490t / h CFB boilers the object of studying. Based on the analysis of the structural features of circulating fluidized bed boiler and the coal properties, the thesis studies the state of the operating rolling-drum slag cooler, puts forward a project of improving the technology, which makes use of the physical heat of slag in the slag cooler to heat the water from the condenser, and calculates the thermal economic index of the reform program. The result indicates that: Although the reform program decreases the absolute efficiency of the turbine, but increases the boiler efficiency, eventually the thermal efficiency of the whole plant rises %. The results of the research can provide reference for the operation and design of the CFB boiler.
