摘要
随着改革开放和市场经济的不断发展,我国企业文化建设理论上与实践上取得了很大成绩,对建设我国特色社会主义建设和促进国民经济发展都起到了积极作用新形势下,市场竞争的核心是企业文化的竞争。企业文化是企业综合实力的体现,是一个企业文明程度的反映,也是知识形态的生产力转化为物质形态生产力的源泉和动力。企业文化关系着一个企业的生存和发展。良好的企业文化对于企业整体的氛围和形象产生积极地影响。企业文化建设不是一个一蹴而就的过程,必须坚持长期建设和不断创新。企业文化建设的长期性,在于它伴随着企业建设和发展的全过程,并使文化理念转化为职工的自觉行为,这样的企业文化建设才能取得显著的效果。

Along with the reform and open policy and the market economy unceasing development, Our country enterprise culture construction theoretically has obtained the very big result with the practice in, to constructed our country characteristic socialist construction and promotes the national economy development all to get up under the positive role new situation, the petition core was the enterprise enterprise culture is the enterprise synthesizes the strength manifesting, is an enterprise civilized degree reflection, also is the knowledge shape productive forces transforms as the material shape productive forces fountainhead and the enterprise culture is relating an enterprise's survival and the good enterprise culture produces regarding the enterprise whole atmosphere and the image positively enterprise culture construction is not the process which gets it done in one action, must persist the long-term construction and innovates enterprise culture construction long-term characteristic, lies in it to follow the enterprise construction and the development entire process, and causes the cultural idea to transform as staff's aware behavior, such enterprise culture construction can obtain the remarkable effect.
