HEAVY DUMPTRUCK PACKING CASE AND THE
DESIGN OF LIFTING DEVICE
ABSTRACT
The dump truck uses the enginepower actuationhydraulic pressure lifting
organization, packingcontainer inclinecertainangle,thus serves the purpose
whichunloadscargo automatically, and dependsuponthe packingcontainer dead
weight to cause auto-dumping mechanism is mainly
responsible for the lifting and dumpingofthe goods areneeded
to be unloaded, the operator will controlthe handle ofthe hydraulic valve,and
then thegoodsare dumped bytheseries ofengines fromthe othe
gearbox,and thento the power-out device drivingthe liquid pump to give the
power to liquid tank ,whichpushes partment totilt the
anization is one of dumptruck's important work
systems, its structuralstyle,performance quality immediate influence dump
truck's operationalperformance and safetyperformance.
The content ofthis graduationdesignhas focused onthe designofthe dump
truckhydraulic cylinder and hydraulic systems,introducingthe designof
hydraulicdesignpreparationwork,and the design basis ,generalprinciples and
steps. Comparedwiththe severalplans oflifting mechanism,we have chosen one
plan finally,for we have designedthe calculationofthe mechanical analysis and
the hydraulic designput to use to keepthe push type lifting
mechanism,whichhas simple structure,long routeof travel,and economic.
What’s more,we alse have checked its stiffness,strength,sys
