长三角发展游艇产业现状分析及对策研究

摘要

游艇产业在国外被称为“漂浮在黄金水道上的巨大商机”。由游
艇形成的游艇产业链将带来巨大的综合经济效应:游艇生产将带动几
十个配套工业的发展;游艇消费,也将带动一大批相关行业的迅速发
展。因此对于我国来说,游艇业不啻为一个新兴的产业,一个新的经
济增长点。长三角地区是我国经济发展最为迅速,对外开放程度最高,
基础设施最完善,人均收入相对最高的地区。并且拥有丰富的水域资
源,造船工业具有悠久的历史和先进的技术经验。将这一地区作为我
国游艇产业的优先试点发展地区具有可行性,并且对于我国在全国范
围内广泛发展游艇产业具有非常重要的意义。
本文基于对国内外游艇产业与竞争态势进行分析,指出我国游
艇产业处于起飞阶段,长三角发展游艇产业具有区位优势、产业基础
和消费市场。但不可忽视的是这一地区也存在着很多劣势。针对发展
中面临的问题提出政府,企业及科研单位三方联手共同促进长三角游
艇产业发展。论文还就联动上海、浙江、江苏发展游艇产业的实施策
略提出了建议。

ANALYSIS ABOUT DEVELOPING YACHT INDUSTRY
IN YANGTZE RIVER DELTA REGION AND COUNTER
MEASURES OF IMPROVING

ABSTRACT

Yacht Industry is called" the tremendous business opportunities
floating on the golden waterway "。Because yacht industry is a long chain
which could bring overall economic effects. Yacht production will drive
dozens of supporting industrial and Yacht consumption will also lead a
large number of related industries improved rapidly. So as to China, yacht
industry is ing one of the emerging industries, a new point of
economic growth.
Yangtze River Delta is the region with the most rapid developed
economy of China, the highest level of opening to the outside world, the
plete infrastructure and relatively high per capita e.
Furthermore, there has abundant coastal waters resources and its’
shipbuilding industry has a long history and advanced technology
experience. So it is feasible to consider this region as a priority
development area of yacht industry and benefit to booming yacht industry
national wide in China. This article aimed at exploring solutions of
problems we met during developing yacht industry of Yangtze River
Delta region by studying the internal and external environment, the
weakness and bined with the advanced yacht industry’s
experiences.
