摘要
随着科学技术的迅速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,对环境保护的要求也日益严格。高炉炼铁所产生的高炉煤气,经煤气系统回收,清洗,除尘,降压后送至高炉热风炉和各用户使用。从高炉炉顶排出的荒煤气不仅含有大量灰尘,而且温度较高,所以,必须对荒煤气进行除尘降温。目前,电除尘器和布袋除尘器的效率较高,能确保达到排放标准。电除尘器的应用很广,而布袋除尘器目前国内应用较少,但因其性能优越而日益受到重视,具有广阔的应用前景。布袋除尘系统中脉冲电磁的动作由一块集成电路板进行控制。该集成电路板安装在除尘箱旁边的电柜里,所处的环境比较恶劣,温度高,灰尘多。因此,在生产过程中该电路时常会出现故障,影响除尘系统的正常运作。本设计利用 PLC程序中含有脉冲信号输出的功能指令,设计一个 PLC程序来实现按一定差压控制或按一定时间间隔依次输出脉冲信号的功能,来替代原系统中的集成电路板,其它外部装置不变,就可以使整个布袋除尘系统正常工作。采用SIMATIC S7-300 系列模板,高炉扩展模板之间用光缆连结,实现PLC自动控制调节。
