二手车市场快速发展下的4S店生存模式
摘要
汽车产业一直以来都是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,经过了近50年的发展已经具有良好的基础,汽车需求量与保有量不断增长。在新车市场十分火热的近几年,二手车市场也开始迅速地发展起来。然而,与美国、日本还有其他发达国家相比,中国的二手车市场还不够成熟,例如:二手车市场的经营模式比较单一、鉴定评估体系不够完善、相关的法律法规有待改进等,总体都还只是停留在初级阶段等问题。而4S店在这些问题上却存在着很大的优势,因此,4S店的二手车置换模式成为越来越多的人们的第一选择。但随着二手车市场的快速发展,阻挠4S店二手车置换发展的因素也越来越多。本文通过实地走访考察一些代表性4S店,并对近年的4S店二手车经营状况进行研究分析,同时对比国内外4S店二手车的经营状况,找出其优势劣势,最终针对性地提出改善我国4S店二手车经营现状的措施。

The rapid development of second-hand car market under the 4S store survival mode
Abstract
The automobile industry has been one of the pillar industries of our national economy, after already has a good foundation for the development of nearly 50 years, car demand and keep growing volume. In the new car market is very hot in recent years, the second-hand car market also began to develop rapidly. However, compared with the USA, Japan and other developed countries, China second-hand car market is not mature enough, for example: second-hand car market, a single business model, evaluation system is not perfect, the relevant laws and regulations should be improved, it is just at the primary stage of. While the 4S store on these issues, but there is a great advantage, therefore, used car replacement model 4S shop has e the first choice of more and more people. But with the rapid development of second-hand car market, obstructing factors 4S shop second-hand cars development also more and more. In this paper, through field visits to study some representative 4S shop, and the recent 4S shop second-hand car business situation to carry on the research analysis, at home and abroad pared and 4S shop second-hand car business situation, find out the advantages and disadvantages, and finally put forward
