本毕业设计内容为淮阳华林集团办公楼,该楼结构形式为高层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共八层,,。,,。框架抗震等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度,场地为2类场地。本设计的主要内容:
:根据使用功能不同,分别设置了大空间办公室及小开间独立办公室。正对大厅设置两部电梯,电梯两侧布置两个防火楼梯,卫生间位置在楼梯间两侧,每层设置。该方案总体采光较好,结构布置合理,功能分区明确。
:结构设计阶段进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、荷载计算、侧移验算、内力计算、内力组合及构件设计等工作,并完成了标准层结构平面布置图、框架配筋图、楼梯、基础结构施工图。内力计算:采用底部剪力法进行水平地震作用下的楼层内力计算;采用D值法进行水平地震作用下框架内力计算;采用弯矩二次分配法进行竖向恒载、活载作用下的内力计算;内力组合:考虑恒载+活荷载、恒载+活荷载+水平地震作用两种内力组合方式进行框架梁、柱的最大弯矩及轴力计算;截面配筋及验算:对于框架梁柱进行控制截面的计算配筋,并进行框架节点的验算。单向板设计采用弹性方法进行计算配筋,
