电子商务物流模式比较研究
摘要
随着互联网技术的发展和普及,电子商务有望成为未来主流商务模式,
而适当的物流模式是成功实现电子商务的关键因素之一。针对不同类型、
不同规模的电子商务企业,如何选择合适的物流模式是本文所探讨的主
题。通过比较不同物流模式在电子商务企业的应用,本文试图为电子商务
物流合理化提供思路和建议。
本文首先对国内外电子商务与物流的相关研究进行了概述,分析了三
种典型的电子商务物流模式: 自行组建物流配送系统的模式;与传统商务
活动共用一套物流系统的模式;第三方物流的模式;以及近年来开始出现
的物流联盟的模式;对每种物流模式的特点及优势与劣势进行了分析比
较。
在理论探讨的基础上,重点选取了 50 家电子商务企业作为调查样本,
它们涵盖三种主要电子商务类型,具有一定代表性。通过对这些电子商务
企业物流应用地分析和比较,得到了不同类型电子商务企业在物流模式选
择上的部分共性:B2B 和 C2C 类型企业较多采用第三方物流形式,B2C 类
型企业物流则呈现出多元化形态。在实证调查的基础,我们对不同类型电
子商务企业在选择物流模式方面给出了一些建议,根据企业运营目标和发
展战略,结合企业自身资源,选择合适的物流模式,为客户创造良好的交
易体验。

LOGISTICS MODELS
ABSTRACT
With the development and popularization of technique,
merce promises well as the merce model in the future, and the
ess of merce depends much on logistics. How to choose the
compatible logistics model from the different types and scales is the topic of
this thesis. paring different logistics model applications in
merce enterprises, this thesis aims at giving reasonable suggestions for
the rationalization of merce logistics.
Firstly, this thesis reviews the merce logistics development, and
analyzes three typical merce logistics models such as the model shared
by merce and merce, self-done logistics distribution
model, Third-Party logistics model. Besides, this essay also analyzes and
contrasts characters, advantages and disadvantages of three models mentioned
above.
On the basis of theories, sample surveys have been done among 50
merce enterprises, which cover the three main merce models. The
results of analysis parison show generalities of different merce
logistics, which is, B to B and C to C types of enterprises mostly will take the
Third-Party logistics model while the B to C type shows the tendency of
